BY MAILING THIS DEPOSIT FORM, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: I understand: · That I have read the kitten/cat CONTRACT and will sign it at kitten pick-up or prior to shipping. · That the deposit is non-refundable except if a kitten is not available within 12 months. I then can extend the deposit time or request a refund. There is NO refund of deposit if you choose to not take the kitten you selected. · That I am picking up my kitten within a reasonable time after the kitten is 16 weeks old or when ready after surgery. · That I am paying in cash or cashier’s check the balance due. · That I will receive photos during the deposit time so I can see my kitten maturing. · That a specific kitten will be held for me upon viewing photos or visiting the litter and if due to unforeseen circumstances, the selected kitten is unavailable then the deposit may be returned, another kitten of the same sex and color may be selected or I can wait for another litter. · That if I am having my kitten shipped, my balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to shipping. · That prior to shipping, I must sign and return the kitten contract which will be sent to me. · That I am responsible for ALL shipping costs: health certificate/exam, crate, airfare, rabies vaccination if required, and transportation fee to airport. · Recommended that the kitten be health checked and tested for FeLv and FIV before delivery. Spaying and neutering can also be arranged. These veterinarian services are an additional charge.
